Request Certified Copies
Who Can Request?
  • Anyone can request Certified Copies from the SOS office. Use the Search page to find the business entity you wish to request copies for.
What You Will Need to request Certified Copies
  • Secretary of State Business ID. If you don't have the Business ID, use the Search option to find it.
  • The information on what documents you need. You will be presented a list of all documents to select from later in the process.
  • If you wish to file electronically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit/debit cards.

Additional Information
  • Documents prior to 11/14/2016 are not available for certified copies online.
  • Information provided will be current as of the date the request is submitted online or as of the date the request is received by the SOS office if mailed.
