Who Can Request?
  • Registered DBA - Business Names which are 'Active' can use the cancellation process to file a DBA - Business Name Cancellation.
What You Will Need to File a Cancellation
  • Secretary of State DBA - Business Name Business ID. If you don't have your DBA - Business Name ID, use the Search option to find it.

Additional Information
  • There is no fee for a cancellation of a DBA - Business Name.
