- If you have already registered and have a username and password, click the 'Back' button and login through the Login Access gray box. If not, click the 'Setup Lobbyist Information' button to proceed.
- Online registrations will require an online payment transaction.
- If you wish to register by a paper registration form, click the 'Back' button to access the paper forms on the home page.
- Any person acting as a lobbyist to seek the introduction of legislation or to promote, oppose, or influence in any manner the passage by the the Legislature of any legislation affecting the special interests of any agency, individual, association, or business shall register the name of the person so employed or agreed to be employed, with the Secretary of State. (SDCL 2-12-1)
