Who Can File Here?
  • Anyone wishing to form or register a business entity that is not currently registered with the South Dakota Secretary of State.
What you will need to register or E-File your Business Entity
  • If you wish to file electronically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit cards.
  • Customers who do not wish to electronically E-File their business entity may still use this tool to create the forms, then choose to print the document and mail it in for an additional $15 paper processing fee. The Print option will be available on the 'Confirmation' step of the online business entity process. Simply print and sign the completed form and mail it in with the proper filing fee.
