• Click 'Start' to file a UCC1 or EFS1 Financing Statement with the South Dakota Secretary of State.
• Enter all requested data fields. This tool will generate the official document to be printed and mailed to the UCC Division.
• Payment for the appropriate filing fee must be included with the document when mailed to the UCC Division for processing.
• A returned check fee up to $40 will be applied for any returned check.
